Processing your order
After completing your purchase you will receive an email confirming your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We will note any delivery instructions submitted and do our best to assist with your request.

Tracking Orders
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking and we will send you your tracking number as soon as your purchase is posted. If your order has not arrived within 9 days from time of order please contact info@jackkelly.com.au and we will assist you with tracking of your Jack Kelly purchase.

Delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to Australia Post delivery service, usually 2-7 days depending on location. Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless Australia Post for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend.
Return and Exchange Policy
Only items purchased on the Jack Kelly website can be returned to www.jackkelly.com.au for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, the Jack Kelly team will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of goods received please contact info@jackkelly.com.au immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
